Our specially-trained companions can provide one-on-one, compassionate assistance upon a resident’s return from a hospital visit or rehabilitation stay. Memory Care Day Stay Program
The Woodlands at Hillcrest’s Memory Care Day Stay Program offers a break for you, as a caregiver, and an uplifting and soothing environment for your loved one. Available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Day Stay program offers a secure environment under the supervision of a trained staff and on-site nurse, along with therapeutic activities through Heartfelt CONNECTIONS ‒ A Memory Care Program®. Caregiver Relief Program
The Woodlands at Hillcrest’s respite care program offers caregivers an opportunity to enjoy some time to regroup and refresh. Temporary accommodations are available for residents who need daily support. Short-term stays can have long-term benefits to both the caregiver and their loved one. Post-Acute Care Stays
Often when someone is discharged from a skilled rehabilitation center, they still need some daily support. Family members often struggle to arrange daily care for a loved one in that situation. The Woodlands at Hillcrest offers short-term accommodations including meals, housekeeping and continued therapies if needed, until they are strong enough to return to their independent living environment. This transition level available at The Woodlands is the perfect solution to help assure the best for loved ones and caregivers recuperating from acute care episodes.
