Hannah Elliott

Executive Director

Hannah Elliott is a long-time member of the senior housing industry. She has served both rural and urban communities in Nebraska as a licensed nursing home administrator and assisted living administrator. She has experience with memory care and has a true passion for helping individuals and families work through health transitions.

She greatly enjoys learning in this evolving field and has received her MBA and a Master’s degree in Gerontology and has also taught classes for the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and University of Nebraska at Omaha in Gerontology as an adjunct professor.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, Kenny, and three young boys, Malachi, Isaac, and Gideon. A Green Bay, Wisconsin native, you can find Hannah clad in green and gold during the fall months as she cheers on the Packers.

Megan Peck

Director of Health Services

Megan is the Director of Health Services for The Woodlands at Hillcrest. Megan was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. She received a scholarship to attend the University of Arkansas where she was a starting goalkeeper for the Razorback’s soccer team and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Creighton University’s Accelerated Nursing Curriculum.

Megan started her nursing career at St. Elizabeth’s Regional Medical. Her favorite part of nursing and top career priority has always been exceptional patient care. Other fond memories include her years as a Clinical Staff Instructor, which gave her the opportunity to serve as a professional mentor, educator, and resource in the development of clinical nursing practices for nursing students in their final year of school. This was one of the first stepping stones in her transition into nursing management, serving as a Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing in several skilled rehab settings along the way. Megan enjoys building an exceptional team by educating and encouraging all her staff in order to provide the highest level of clinical care and customer service.

Jenny Fisher

Director of Sales and Marketing

Jenny Fisher has been serving the senior living industry for more than 5 years, helping organizations improve their resident, family and associate experiences. Through Jenny’s experience in speaking with leading senior living executives, she understands what it takes to create a positive and engaging experience that will enhance the lives of residents and their families.

Jenny is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she cheered on the Lopers as captain of the Sapphires dance team, and served in various executive roles as a Gamma Phi Beta sorority member. She also received a Certificate in Sales Excellence from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

A resident of Lincoln, Jenny lives in the southeastern part of town with her husband, Evan and daughter, Mia. Any given football Saturday you can find them yelling Go Big Red!

Stephanie Crowther

Director of Memory Care

Stephanie Crowther, a Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCDP), has been in healthcare for 20 years. The last 13 years has been spent as a Respiratory therapist. In this position she has been dedicated to helping people live full lives through education and having a positive impact on their lives as well as those of their family members.

Stephanie is a graduate of Purdue Global. She recently obtained her master’s in Health care administration. Stephanie is married to her husband of 12 years, Jeremy and has two boys Gavin and Brandon. Any night of the week you can find Stephanie and her family outdoors by the fire pit or going on adventures with Gavin and their two dogs, Ender and Quigley.

Trudy Jensen

Director of Life Enrichment

Trudy started in healthcare as a CNA and Medication Aide 33 years ago. Since then, she has served in care communities and hospital settings, but always having the biggest heart for elders. In 2014 she obtained her associates degree in human services, specializing in activities with elders. Additionally, she received her Nationally Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCDP) and was eventually trained by Teepa Snow to become a PAC Dementia trainer. Her significant other’s name is Ron, and between them they have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.

Roman Martinez

Business Office Manager

Having been with The Woodlands at Hillcrest for over a year now, Roman brings more than 6 years of expertise in Healthcare Finance and Accounting to our team. He holds an MBA with a concentration in healthcare. Originally from Waco, TX, Roman has lived in Nebraska for almost 22 years. He and his wife Stephany have been together since 1995 and have four children; two boys and two girls. Their names are Reicher, Easton, Lawson and Quinn.

Bob Adams

Director of Plant Operations

Bob’s first “real job” was at Avis car rental company where he worked for 18 years. He came to know and understand all aspects of this business from detailing to sales and management before finally deciding to purchase an Avis franchise. Bob owned and operated his franchise for 15 years before deciding to go back to school at Southeast Community College in Milford. He graduated in electrical/mechanical field at the age of 42. Bob then worked as an electrical apprentice until he was eligible to take his Journeyman’s electrician test and then became a licensed electrician. I started working in assisted living at another Lincoln community before he found his second home at the Woodlands at Hillcrest. We’re lucky to have Bob since the beginning! Lincoln has been Bob’s home for most of his life and he plans on staying. For fun, you can catch Bob playing drums, the guitar, and skiing.

Seyar Mahboub

Housekeeping Manager

Seyar is from Kabul Afghanistan. He has one older sister and three younger sisters. He continues to help support his family that still lives in Afghanistan. He came to the US in 2010 and became a citizen in 2014. He is married to Malika and they have the most darling little boy, Nima. Seyar keeps very busy at The Woodlands and driving for Uber and Lyft. When he does have spare time, it is spent with family. Seyar's favorite movies are the Fast & the Furious series. His favorite book is Kite Runner. If he had more time to spend he enjoys camping, boating, skiing, cooking, sports, and more!

Tammy Beecham

Lead Concierge

Tammy was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. Started at the age of 16, working with seniors at a Long Term Care Community, and has loved this journey ever since! Tammy is married to her husband Jim for 36 years and resides in Palmyra, NE. They have two sons Cody and Quinn, two beautiful daughter-in-laws, Shayla and Kara, and their sweet grandson, Barrett. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, her cat Gracie, baking, reading, and quilting with her friends. What she loves best in her day is just showing up, helping others and seeing one person smile at a time. She really lives her life by this quote: “In every day, there are 1,440 minutes. That means we have 1,440 daily opportunities to make a positive impact.”

Tobe Stauss

Director of Culinary Services

Tobe was born in Lincoln but mainly grew up in Gothenburg, NE, home to about 3,500 souls. Tobe moved back to Lincoln in the mid-80s where he began his culinary career at Grandmother’s Restaurant. He worked in various capacities at restaurants around town such as Grisanti’s, Spike & Olly’s, Rock & Roll Runza and Lazlo’s. He began a passion for sharing his culinary talents in assisted living at another Lincoln community for nearly five years. We are so blessed that Tobe has been with The Woodlands at Hillcrest since the very beginning as the director of culinary services. When he’s not at The Woodlands, Tobe enjoys reading, listening to his vinyl collection, jigsaw puzzles and watching his favorite sports teams (lose) on TV.

Jessica Cudaback

Health Services Assistant

Born and raised in Lincoln, Jessica never thought she would work in healthcare. However, in 2007 a good friend changed her mind when she believed that Jessica’s big heart had so much to offer the elderly. Having lost her grandparents, Jessica was hesitant to take the position but, in the end, she took the leap and has since gained several grandparents over the past 13 years. Jessica obtained her 40-Hour Medication Aide License and worked her way up to learn all she could about assisted living. Eventually Jessica started assisting with activities and over time earned a bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Bellevue University. Although Jessica’s role as the Health Services Assistant is to assist Megan Peck, DOHS, she is always willing to lend a helping hand whenever and wherever needed. Jessica is married to Jeremy and they have a son named Oliver.
